Simply pop the pan on the hob to heat up, wait for the SmartStart tick to change to dark red and take the guess work out of cooking for perfect results every time.

The Smartstart tick is perfect for taking the guesswork out of cooking, as the built-in temperature sensor changes from bright to dark red once the pan reaches the optimum temperature of 200C. Just wait for it to heat up on the hob & once the tick changes to a dark red colour.
