Before you order, please check:
The size of your sofa
Check the measurements of your sofa. You’ll need to know the height, width and depth. This information should be on the product page.
The space in your property
Make sure there’s enough room for us to get access around your property on the day of the service, including gates, doorways, stairways and furniture. This is particularly important for recliners and sofa beds that might need extra space when in use.
1. Measure doorways
Measure the width of your doorway to make sure that it’s wider than the sofa’s packaged depth.
Remember to take into account any space needed for fingers and hands to help guide the sofa through.
2. Measure stairways
Measure the width of the staircase at its narrowest point. Remember to take any handrails, light fixtures and low ceilings into account.
If you have a banister, make sure that the distance between the banister and the wall is bigger than the depth of the sofa.
3. Measure hallways
Measure the narrowest point of the hallway, taking into account any obstacles like radiators, cabinets or furniture.

Delivery
What happens on the day of delivery?
Our delivery crew will contact you 1 hour before delivery to check that you are still available. If for any reason you are not available, we will rebook a delivery for a later date.
What happens if I have parking or road restrictions on my road?
We’ll deliver your orders using a large van. If you feel that there may be any issues that will restrict our access, please tell our Customer Services team when they contact you about booking a delivery slot. On the day of delivery, our crew will also contact you 1 hour before delivery to assess any issues. Usually, our crew is able to navigate many road issues, but we may potentially need to rebook the delivery on a smaller vehicle in some situations.
Will you take my old furniture away
Our delivery crew are not able to take away your old furniture, should you want it removed. You'll be able to book a furniture removal service at a competitive price, through a third-party company called Clearabee. Clearabee is here to help you dispose of unwanted furniture responsibly, because it’s better for our planet.
Will you take my packaging away?
Our delivery service includes unpacking your new items, assembling them where needed and then removing any excess packaging at no extra cost. We do this especially for large items or orders with multiple pieces. If for any reason you would want to return your item, then you can choose to keep the packaging.
Will my furniture arrive flat packed?
No, your item will arrive assembled and packaged, without the legs attached, and may arrive in multiple packages depending on its size and composition. We will attach the legs should you require it.
Returns
If you want to return your made to order product once it's been successfully delivered, a non-refundable charge of £25 will be applied, unless the product is faulty.
